Hi crafters,
Welcome to my blog. My team decided as this year we cant attended Onstage due to covid that would would do a card swap amongst ourselves, I made 2 simple cards for the card swap, a barn door style card and a slimline card. For the first card, we had to create a card using only current products from either the Mini Aug to Dec catalogue or from the current Annual catalogue.
For the first card I used the Stampin' Up! Christmas Gleaming Bundle to create this barn door style card.
I used Pretty Peacock for my card base and the base of the sentiment, followed by Very Vanilla for the mat and sentiment and Brightly Gleaming Design Series paper. for the Christmas ornament and the sentiments inside and outside of the card I used the Pretty Peacock Stampin' Ink Pad.
For the second card I made as a slimline card using So Santa which is a retired stamp set with a retired design series paper.
I used Whisper White for my card base and the base of the sentiment, followed Dashing Along Design Series Paper for the first mat and Cherry Cobbler for the second mat and sentiment piece. I used Versamark Ink Pad for the stamps on the Cherry Cobbler mat and the sentiment, I then used Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Ink Pad for the stamp and sentiment for the inside of the card.
